The use and representation of the AFQ mark may be subject to additional specific terms that further define or supplement the obligations outlined in the Certification Mark Usage Regulation.

These terms may include, indicatively:

• the placement of the mark on product labels or packaging
• permitted and non-permitted variations of the mark’s visual representation
• use of the mark in promotional, advertising, or digital materials
• indication of the AFQ score or other certification-related elements
• obligations of the mark holder regarding accurate and non-misleading communication

FoodOxys reserves the right to update or further specify these terms to ensure the proper use and protection of the AFQ certification scheme.
