Anastasia Patouna was graduated from the Department of Agriculture – Agrotechnology (former Technological Educational Institute) of the University of Thessaly.
She received her MSc degree in Biotechnology – Quality in Nutrition and the Environment from the University of Thessaly.
She received her PhD in Biochemistry with Honors from the University of Thessaly (2025).
She has co-authored 9 articles published in peer-reviewed international scientific journals.
