The Customer has the right to cancel the order or withdraw from the purchase transaction prior to receiving the purchased product(s). The cancellation will be accepted, and the full amount paid will be refunded to the Customer’s card or bank account used for the original transaction, provided that the product(s) have not yet been handed over to the courier for delivery. If the product(s) have already been dispatched, the process will be treated as a return and the following conditions apply. Returns can be made within 14 calendar days of delivery, as long as the product has not been used, is returned in its original packaging, and in excellent condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer and must be sent to the FoodOxys address. Once the product is received and its condition verified, a full refund of the amount paid will be issued.
