Michaela Ampara is a graduate of the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at the International Hellenic University and has completed postgraduate training in Clinical Nutrition at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She also holds a certification in Eating Disorders and Obesity from the National Centre for Eating Disorders (NCFED), UK.<\/p>\n
She has more than 5 years of professional experience in the field of nutrition, having managed over 400 clients. She began her professional career as an intern and later as a collaborator at the Dietetic Office of the President of the Hellenic Association of Dietitians\u2013Nutritionists, where she gained substantial experience in clinical cases, weight management, and special population groups, including pregnant and lactating women.<\/p>\n
In parallel, she has served as an exclusive external collaborator for the gym chains Top Fitness and UCHU in Thessaloniki, focusing on the nutritional needs of physically active individuals. She also contributes articles to one of the leading wellness platforms in Greece, Fitness Motivation Hellas.<\/p>\n
