The multi-year research activity of FoodOxys scientific team led to the creation of a database with the metabolic profiles of 4,000 people. The database is a unique, intangible asset of the company from which the normal distribution of GSH levels in human population has been derived (Figure 2). Therefore, based on the values measured by the device, each person is classified into one the following categories:<\/p>\n

Category I:<\/strong> Values 3.5-6.0 (Normal)
\nCategory II:<\/strong> Values < 2.5 (Pathological)
\nCategory III:<\/strong> Values 2.5-3.5 (Potential presence of metabolic disorder)
\nCategory IV:<\/strong> Values > 6.0 (High values, attention required)<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

As previously mentioned, the need for dietary antioxidants depends on the endogenous GSH levels (Figure 3). Dietary antioxidants contribute to the maintenance of normal GSH levels, thus promoting human health.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Based on the above, the quantity of the dietary antioxidants that are essential on a daily basis is calculated. The necessary amount of antioxidants can originate from a combination of food products that have been assessed for their antioxidant content.<\/p>\n
