communicated internally and may be made available externally&#8230;<\/p><br><h2><strong>2.<\/strong> Scope of Application<\/h2><br><p><strong>2.1.<\/strong> This Plan applies to all persons working for or cooperating with FOODOXYS&#8230;<br \/>\r\n<strong>2.2.<\/strong> The principles and measures set out in this Plan apply throughout the full employment cycle:<br \/>\r\n<strong>2.2.1.<\/strong> recruitment, selection and onboarding;<br \/>\r\n<strong>2.2.2.<\/strong> allocation of roles, tasks and responsibilities;<br \/>\r\n<strong>2.2.3.<\/strong> access to remuneration-related opportunities, benefits and working conditions;<br \/>\r\n<strong>2.2.4.<\/strong> access to training, mentoring and professional development;<br \/>\r\n<strong>2.2.5.<\/strong> evaluation, promotion and leadership opportunities;<br \/>\r\n<strong>2.2.6.<\/strong> participation in meetings, projects, research and decision-making processes;<br \/>\r\n<strong>2.2.7.<\/strong> internal and external professional interactions;<br \/>\r\n<strong>2.2.8.<\/strong> work-related events, travel and representation activities.<\/p><br><h2><strong>3.<\/strong> Existing Internal Framework<\/h2><br><p><strong>3.1.<\/strong> FOODOXYS confirms that it has already adopted and implemented an Anti-Harassment Policy&#8230;<br \/>\r\n<strong>3.2.<\/strong> The existing Anti-Harassment Policy includes:<br \/>\r\n<strong>3.2.1.<\/strong> a zero-tolerance approach to violence, harassment and sexual harassment;<br \/>\r\n<strong>3.2.2.<\/strong> preventive and awareness-raising measures;<br \/>\r\n<strong>3.2.3.<\/strong> internal reporting and complaint mechanisms;<br \/>\r\n<strong>3.2.4.<\/strong> confidentiality safeguards;<br \/>\r\n<strong>3.2.5.<\/strong> protection against retaliation;<br \/>\r\n<strong>3.2.6.<\/strong> designated contact persons;<br \/>\r\n<strong>3.2.7.<\/strong> training and information measures.<br \/>\r\n<strong>3.3.<\/strong> The present Gender Equality Plan complements the Anti-Harassment Policy&#8230;<\/p><br><h2><strong>4.<\/strong> Guiding Principles<\/h2><br><p><strong>4.1.<\/strong> FOODOXYS is guided by the following principles:<br \/>\r\n<strong>4.1.1.<\/strong> equal treatment and equal opportunity;<br \/>\r\n<strong>4.1.2.<\/strong> non-discrimination and inclusion;<br Resources<\/h2><br><p><strong>6.1.<\/strong> Overall responsibility lies with management.<br \/>\r\n<strong>6.2.<\/strong> FOODOXYS shall designate a responsible person.<br \/>\r\n<strong>6.3.<\/strong> The designated person may cooperate with support functions.<br \/>\r\n<strong>6.4.<\/strong> FOODOXYS shall allocate appropriate resources.<br
